OK, I revamped the whole Lunasa list cause it became a bit messy, number of packs increased, working on getting the remaining 2 packs on Mediafire, then it’s all set.

I have tried downloading volume 12 from Lunasa playlist 5 times now but I keep getting the error message that the song 刹那 – 思兼想操(Zarathustra 東方 Touhou Metal/Techno 143 on the playlist) is broken.
I can still play the song but it stops playing at exactly 3:08 at all my 5 downloads so I don’t think it’s my connection.
Could someone tell me if they had success playing the song?

Heya, I love the music but this came to my attention when I was downloading
The links from Volume 10 – 14 give downloads for Volumes 7-11 (In Lunasa)
If that is an error, if it isn’t to much of an inconvenience, could I get links for Volumes 12-14

Ooooh, yeeeaaahhh… missed that one, well it’s because of the fact that Lunasa got extended to 16 music packs, the names say 7-11 but in reality it should give you the correct downloads for those packs.
Give it a try. I’ll fix it later.

That’s strange, have you tried redownloading it? That’s the first thing you should try, along with restarting your PC and trying with another PC.

For Lunasa Volume 15 (from video 171 to 180), file “2 (japanese name)” has trouble extracting for me. I’ve tried downloading it twice, and the file size matches the number on mediafire.

I’m sorry to say this, but I believe there may be a problem with The Immortal Compilation, I was able to download it without incident but when I was extracting the files there was an “unexpected end of archive” and the majority of the songs were missing.
Is there anything that can be done?
Other than that though, fantastic job, keep it up!

I’ve been going through and downloading all the files for the Lunasa playlist in an attempt to create an ultimate Lunasa playlist of sorts, with the images embedded in the mp3 files as cover art. So far, I have had a problem with one of the songs. From what I remember, one of the songs (which should be #19) from Volume 1 (Part 2), is actually the same as song as #7 from Volume 1 (Part 1), under a different title. I was able to get song #19 in reduced quality from a Youtube downloader, but would appreciate it if you correct this problem sometime, so others and I can get the original quality. Thanks.

Sorry for the double post, but I though it would probably be a good idea to say I finished making the Lunasa playlist, embedded with pictures from the Youtube videos and all, a few hours ago. In a “large icons” view in Vista, it’s quite a visual. If you want me to, I could put the mp3 files up on a file site like Megaupload so that you could have another mirror. Since the Youtube image files are embedded in their corresponding mp3s, it would also save people the trouble of having to download the images separately. I also modified the Author tags for each file, so that when you sort by author, the mp3s will be organized numerically, as they are on Youtube.
I will note that I wasn’t able to find all of the mp3s on the downloads you have here for Lunasa, so I had to get them from other sites. I tried to get the best quality I could, and was eventually able to find all of them. If you want to know the specific ones that gave me particular trouble, there were five I couldn’t find intact on any download (46, 132, 159, 163, and 192). If you’re wondering about 19 from my last post – I was actually able find it in a different volume (I believe it was the 91-100 one).
If I’m bored enough some day, I may go through the images I downloaded from here and number them. Thanks for getting all these mp3s together in the first place. I’m not really an avid music listener nor a strong Touhou project fan, but have enjoyed sorting and listening to these arrangements, and wanted to share some of what I’ve done with others.

I’ve loved being able to dowload the music, especially the Lunasa playlist. Unfortunately, one of my favorite songs, Lunasa 192, is saying it’s corrupt. I followed the instructions to prevent corruption, but that hasn’t worked. I’m hoping you’ll notice this and try to fix it.

There’s always arrangement information in the description when they upload to YouTube, so I usually use that to find the song (usually contained in a download for the album) instead of waiting for the music packs. Pictures can usually be found using a combination of screenshots, IQDB, saucenao, and searching on various anime imageboards.

There’s a problem with songs 81-100 of the Lunasa playlist (Touhou Metal 5.rar), I tried to extract the files but I got this error:
“H:\Stuff\Touhou remixes\Touhou Metal 5.rar: CRC failed in 06 – Mimetic Flower.mp3. The file is corrupt”

where are writen “vol 11 (from video 101 to 110)” in lunasa playlist, there’s 2 links, one in almost all the words that goes to download the vol 5 (lol?) and only in the last “0” of “110” is the link for vol 8 (repeating, lol?) part 2 of vol 12 and vol 13 are missing, and in the place of vol 14 is the link for vol 11. vol 15 and 18 are only the 15, vol 19 is 16 and 20 are 17.

The first [!!] pair is good, that leads to volume 5, as it should. The second pair are to the exact same download. That seems a bit odd to me. Why is everything except the last two characters of Vol11 linked to Vol5?
And what’s with the organization, anyway? Numbers are different here and in the actual RARs (and they’re inconsistent to begin with), and none of the songs or images are labeled properly. Seems kinda half-assed if you ask me. (Like Usamiko’s Shrine, but worse because I don’t even know where to go to clean it up.)
It could certainly be worse, but I don’t think a little more effort would kill anyone.

I’d say I found more errors and just drop them into a comment, but providing a list here wouldn’t be pretty. It’s pretty much everything available for download that needs fixing. (With the exception of ~80% of Lyrica’s image packs, oddly enough. Is a given list rebuilt when the last song is released, or have I just missed the worst of what TPM has to offer?)

Missing audio files, misnamed folders, misnamed archives, near total lack of obvious connection between song and image… It’s not good at all. I’d be happy to upload mirrors for EVERYTHING, but I don’t know where to start.

Hey, guys, I’d like to let you know that the link for “Touhou Metal 4.rar” songs 61-80… well, the link isn’t exactly broken, but the actual download link on Mediafire did naught but refresh the page… before it stopped working completely. o__o I do believe it would be much appreciated by all fans of Touhou, metal, and even moreso, Touhou Metal, if you were to investigate upon this issue. Having the same problem as TheRipp, one file in each of those gets corrupted, tried downloading them again but it didn’t help.

Wonderful listing of songs, despite the titles turning into gibberish and not everything being available.
Got error messages from Stuffit Expander when opening up the last two Lunasa packages, one’s dealing with “Mimetic Flower,” a song that everyone’s been having issues with, the other being with “Doll in your Hand”. I like “Mimetic Flower”, too…

Well, I wish there was an edit button, now that I’ve gotten all the songs sorted out from Lunasa.
Are so many supposed to be copies? I’m not sure how much of the actual playlist I got, because there were at least three copies of numerous songs. I’m not sure what to think about that.
Hopefully at some point, someone comes along and revamps the files for Lunasa, as I never had these issues when downloading files for Lyrica or Merlin.

RARs 5, 6 and 7 from the Lunasa playlist have CRC errors (I’ve downloaded them about 3 times). Corrupted files are:
PART 5 –> 06 – Mimetic Flower.mp3
PART 6 –> 10 – Puppet Of The Magus, Pt.2 Doll In Your Hand.mp3
PART 7 –> 9 Somewhere out in sky.mp3

When my download link refreshed, I made my browser go ‘Incognito’. (I’m using Google Chrome). That somehow seemed to have solved the problem, hope this helps.

EDIT:
ACTUALLY, extract any corrupted file with “Keep broken files” checked under Miscellaneous. Though the “CRC failed in [file name]” diagnostic message still shows up, it WILL extract. (This applies to WinRAR.)
